Find tiles from a photo
Take or upload a photo of a tile, a customer's reference picture or a screenshot. The closest tiles by colour, pattern and texture are shown first. Fill the frame with the tile for best results.
Look up a sticker code
Type all or part of the code on the tile sticker. SL-07-0127, 07-0127 and 7-127 all work, and partial codes such as 0127 or 07-01 list every match.
Shortlist
Tiles picked for one customer. Set box quantities, ask vendors for availability, then send the customer a branded PDF.
Estimates
Saved estimates and final selections. Each one keeps its customer PDF and internal purchase estimate; final selections also keep one indent per vendor (no prices). Open one to edit – saving again updates the same number.
Transport
Pick the final selections going out together, then share one trip sheet with the transporter – vendor pickups first, then drops with address, contact and map link. No prices are shown.

Vendor WhatsApp contacts
Saved for everyone who uses the tile desk. A phone number opens the chat with the message already typed. A group link opens the group and copies the message for you to paste.
